Leads inbox
The Leads inbox is where serious inbound becomes actionable.
The important part is not only the contact data. It is the contact data plus the conversation that came before it.
What this changes
Section titled “What this changes”Without the line, follow-up usually starts from a thin form or a messy DM.
With the line, the operator can see:
- what the person asked
- how the line answered
- what context the person gave
- when the handoff happened
That makes the next step cleaner.
How to work the inbox
Section titled “How to work the inbox”Use the inbox to:
- prioritize serious requests
- understand intent before replying
- decide what needs a human decision
- spot weak routing rules in the line setup
The inbox is not just a place to “collect leads”. It is where you learn whether the line is filtering well.
What a good lead looks like
Section titled “What a good lead looks like”Good leads usually have:
- a specific ask
- enough context to act on
- a visible reason to follow up
If most leads are vague, the line may be capturing too early or explaining too little.
