Conversations

The Conversations view is where the line stops being theory.

It shows what real visitors actually asked and how the line actually answered.

If you want the line to get better, this is the page that tells you what to change.

Use it to see:

  • repeated questions
  • weak answers
  • off-scope requests
  • moments where the line should have routed earlier
  • patterns worth adding back into the source material

The most useful review questions are:

  • What are people really asking first?
  • Where does the line sound too generic?
  • Where does it overreach?
  • Which questions deserve their own section in the source material?
  • Which questions should be routed to a human faster?

Do not read conversations only as support transcripts.

Read them as product feedback on the line itself.

That means:

  • tighten source material
  • improve greeting clarity
  • sharpen boundaries
  • improve routing language

The line gets better by editing the setup, not by admiring the transcript.
