Credit system
The credit model is simple:
one AI-generated response costs one credit.
Visitor messages do not consume credits. The line’s replies do.
Why credits matter
Section titled “Why credits matter”Credits are one of the practical limits behind a public line.
They matter when the line becomes real:
- more traffic
- longer conversations
- more serious inbound
- more public distribution
That is why credits are not just a billing detail. They are part of operating a public conversation surface.
Documented monthly credits
Section titled “Documented monthly credits”| Plan | Included credits |
|---|---|
| Free | 150/month |
| Starter | 5,000/month |
| Business | 15,000/month |
| Scale | 50,000/month |
The docs also describe top-up packs when you need more credits before the reset.
How to think about credits
Section titled “How to think about credits”Credits are not the same thing as page views and not the same thing as total messages.
They track the line’s own output.
That means the more a line becomes part of real traffic, the more credits become an operating concern.
When top-ups make sense
Section titled “When top-ups make sense”Top-ups are useful when:
- the line is having a temporary traffic spike
- a campaign or release creates burst demand
- the current plan is still broadly right, but the month is unusually hot
If the pressure is steady rather than temporary, a higher base plan is usually the cleaner move.
